Wild Hope Farm
We get our Prickly Pears from Wild Hope Farm in Chester, SC. Although they are a relatively new farm, they do an amazing job of using regenerative and organic practices combined with meticulous recordkeeping and a scientific approach to growing an impressive variety of produce, including some unusual varieties. They've even figured out how to take the prickles off of the prickly pear before selling it! They offer a CSA, on-farm classes, and host an Air BnB.
We source our citrus through Freshlist, a regional produce distributor in Charlotte, NC. They source an amazing variety of local products from the southeast region, from Virginia down to Georgia and east to Tennessee. They offer a local grocery delivery service for home customers and have become an incredible resource connecting chefs and farmers!
Street Fare Farm
We buy delicious beets for our beet marmalades from Street Fare Farm, in Concord, NC. They offer a variety of vegetables all year round, and have a wonderful CSA. Check them out!
Located in Hayesville, NC, SMM farm grows delicious strawberries that we use in our strawberry jams, as well as a variety of vegetables and herbs.
Small City Farm
Our pears for our Vanilla Pear Jam often come from Small City Farm. An urban farm located close to downtown Charlotte, NC. Small City grows a variety of vegetables and gorgeous flowers and herbs found on the tables of many of the city's best restaurants. They also offer canning classes, and a CSA with flower and egg add-on options!
We buy many of our herbs and our baby ginger from Windcrest Organics. They are located in Monroe, NC, and they are a USDA certified organic farm. Their farm store is a delight to visit!
Green Meadow Acres
We buy our peppers from Green Meadow Acres, located in Concord, NC.
Dover Vineyards, located in Concord, NC, provides us with wines, scuppernongs, and muscadines that work beautifully in some of our specialty flavors.
We buy our apples from Deal Orchards, sourced through Dover Vineyards. Deal Orchards is located in Taylorsville, NC, in the foothills of the Brushy Mountains, well known for growing apples. We use their apples to make our apple butter and apple-based jellies.
We buy figs, peaches, nectarines, and plums for our jams from MacGregor Orchard, located in Traveler's Rest, SC. Their farm stand is one of our favorite places to find an astonishing variety of fruits and veggies. They take great care of their products from harvest to holding, and they also make a selection of jams, jellies, relishes, cider, and applesauce!
Blueberry Hill U-Pick
Blueberry Hill U-Pick grows the sweetest, plumpest, juiciest blueberries we've ever tasted! They are located in Sanford, NC and we use their berries in our blueberry jams.
Bush-N-Vine farm is located in York, SC, and they sell to farmer's markets around York and in the greater Charlotte area. We buy strawberries for our strawberry jams from Bush-N-Vine.
Barbee Farms is located in Concord, NC, and is a small family farm which grows a variety of produce. They have a farm stand open to the public and provide a CSA for their customers. We use their peaches, plums, rhubarb, and red bell peppers for pepper jelly.
