Peach Coriander Ginger

A delightful jam showcasing juicy peaches, savory coriander, and zingy fresh ginger.  This jam is made to celebrate the contributions of the Piedmont Culinary Guild to the Charlotte food scene.  It also showcases the baby ginger of PCG member Windcrest Organics.
